It spite of it all was first shown at the solo show titled I know you are there at Kunstnerforbundet, Oslo Apr - May 2012. Later it has been presented at group shows at Liljevalchs Konsthall, Stockholm (2013) and at KNIPSU, Bergen (2014). It was also shown as part of solo shows at Art-Claims-Impulse Contemporary Arts, Berlin (2014), Nils-Aas Kunstverksted, Inderøy, Norway (2015) and at the Vigeland Museum, Oslo (2016).
Acquired by The National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design, Oslo in 2016.
